Answers give a full explanation and reflect the marking system. The wide range of topics covered and the grouping of questions into mock exams, simulates the exam situation. The exam includes a 55 minute "grey case" section (4-6 cases). Case histories are presented and the candidate is asked for the diagnosis, investigations needed etc. As implied by the name, the diagnosis is not immediately clear.
